Ticket Convenience Fee
We have contracted with an outside company to handle the ticketing for the Nashville International Puppet Festival. The convenience fees pay the costs that the company charges us per ticket for their service and for the credit card processing fees. Any additional revenue generated is submitted to the Nashville Public Library Foundation to help offset the expense of the festival. We put 50% of the tickets online and keep the rest for persons lining up at the event.
