Randy Rayburn—veteran restaurateur here in Nashville—facilitates a discussion with other top chefs Deb Paquette, Margot McCormack, David Swett, Jr., Tandy Wilson and Chef Paul Brennen of NSCC, and award-winning Culinary Arts program student, Marcio Florez. 

    Join them as they discuss the culinary school at Nashville State Community College, the diverse Nashville restaurant scene explosion, the influence of our new Americans on Nashville restaurant menus, and how these topics tie into this year’s Nashville Reads title: The Potlikker Papers: A Food History of the Modern South by John T. Edge.
